Marie-Pierre Ippersiel is CEO at PRIMA Québec – the Advanced Materials Research and Innovation Hub. Prior to this, she was VP for the cleantech industry cluster Écotech Québec and a research Advisor for the Montreal Metropolitan Community (MMC). Ms. Ippersiel holds a PhD in Urban Studies from the INRS where she focused on science/industry relations. She also sits on the boards of directors for NanoCanada, Green Surface Engineering for Advanced Manufacturing Strategic Network, ADRIQ, Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique (INRS) and she is co-chair of the Canadian Net-Zero Advisory Body.
