Mia Rolf, Executive MBA, has 25 years of experience from the tech industry in leading roles like Marketing Manager, Project Manager, Business Developer of international companies.
14 of these years she has been an entrepreneur and investor in startup companies, within the digitalisation and change management field, running projects for large companies, both B2B and B2C.
Since 2016 she is the CEO of Ideon Science Park in Lund, Sweden.
The park hosts over 400 companies and 10 000 sharp minds that creates the future within the focus areas Smart Cities, Future Transportation, Healthtech and Smart Materials.
In 2019 Ideon Science Park signed the UN Global Compact and became a UN science Park to support the development of the World. Mrs Rolf is furthermore a professional Board Executive and a dedicated Rotarian. She believes that we can change the World for the better if we collaborate across borders.
