The HLF Summit is the annual in-person gathering of the HLF network – a 3-day event devoted to innovation. This invitation-only conference, organised every two years in Grenoble, France, and on alternate years in one of the HLF member ecosystems, welcomes delegations of the HLF network and special guests. Each delegation comprises a balance between key players and decision makers from public authorities, higher education, research, industry, and business. They all have in common the willingness to promote cross-sectoral relationships (public/private, start-up/large group, research/industry etc.) and discuss how innovation play its role in social, economic and environmental challenges. The respective and complementary roles of the major stakeholders of each sector is an important part of the discussion.
