Virginie Brun is Director of Clinatec Division at CEA-Leti. Clinatec develops cutting-edge medical devices as therapeutic solutions to restore movement in motor disabled patients. Clinatec also evaluates innovative therapeutic approaches such as photobiomodulation to treat neurodegenerative diseases. Virginie Brun has a multi-year experience in the management of biomedical research. She trained as a veterinarian and received a PhD in physiology at the University of Lyon in 2003. As research director, she’s the inventor of 3 patents, the co-founder of a spin-off company and the author of more than 40 scientific publications.
