Agnès Braize holds a Master’s in Marketing from EM Strasbourg Business School as well as a BA in Management from the University of Bradford.
She has 25 years of experience as a manager and leader coaching business teams and driving performance KPIs with a strong expertise in sales, management, and communications.
She has accompanied team reorganization and implemented transformation strategies in large companies in highly competitive B2B environments. She believes strongly that the strength of teams and human relations are at the core of long-term performance, and the principal source of motivation and innovation.
In September 2018 she joined GEM Labs, GEM’s campus dedicated to Innovation by experimentation, as Director of Development in charge of strategic partnerships with firms and organizations of the local ecosystem.
She also contributes to the Chair of Economic Peace, Mindfulness and Well-being at work, and was involved with the organization of the first ever Economic Peace Awards in Grenoble in May 2019.
