Anjana Ahuja is a freelance journalist based in London and an award-winning science columnist for the Financial Times. She also contributes to Prospect magazine and the BBC. She is especially interested in the global social, economic and political implications of science and technology, such as data privacy and the use of evidence in policymaking. Anjana is a regular panellist and chair at public debates, most recently speaking at Shell’s Making the Future Festival in London, on the topic of Smart Cities. Anjana holds a PhD in space physics from Imperial College London.
