Caroline Bouvard is Deputy General Director of Grenoble-Alpes Metropole, in charge of economic development and local attractiveness.
With a background in political sciences, she started her career managing arts and tourism projects before engaging in a dual career in public service and humanitarian aid for the past 10 years.
As a civil servant, she worked as urban renewal project coordinator inGrenoble metropolitan area and later on as Deputy Director for Economic Development for Brest Metropole.
In between her positions as a civil servant, she served has Administrative Manager for Doctors of the World on the Darfur crisis in Sudan, and Country Director for Solidarités International in Central African Republic, South Sudan and on the Syrian crisis in Lebanon.
