A lawyer by training, Corinne HUEBER-SAINTOT began her professional career in various firms specializing in intellectual property law. She joined Technology Transfer Department of the CEA a leading Research Technological Organisation in Europe (20.000 staff, 5.6 B€ annual budget) in 2003, after 10 years as member of the Paris Bar.
She held various positions within the agreements and intellectual property division before becoming head of the department. Appointed Director of Valorization in 2017, Corinne now leads a team of around 100 people who support Tech transfer and work in 3 main areas: intellectual property (patents, agreements, licensing), marketing studies / bibliometrics and economic intelligence.
Corinne sits on the board of CEAI, a subsidiary of the CEA specialized in the management of funds and on the board of Reseau Curie, the association which brings together those involved in the promotion of French public research. She chairs the advisory committee of the In House Counsels of the AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
