Daniel Gheno

Daniel has been spending 30 years in the world of energy management, accumulating a rich experience from motor management to electrical distribution, with his career split between 14 years in the R&D and industrial domains and 15 years focusing on innovation and offer management. Based in France, Daniel had also the opportunity, throughout his journey at Schneider Electric, to spend 3 years in Japan (in the first joint-venture between Schneider Electric and Toshiba for low voltage variable speed drives) and 4 years in India (managing our Global Technology Center in Bangalore). Daniel holds a Master of Science and an Engineering Degree in mechatronics.

After having been leading the Medium Voltage line of business of Schneider Electric for 6 years, Daniel has been the Chief Technology Officer of the Energy Management Business since 2021. In this role, he is driving the innovation and technology dynamic across our businesses and hubs enabling our teams to invent the future. The core of his action is driven by our Future-Ready R&D transformation which is aiming for more impact and more efficiency.

Father of 2 sons, Daniel is currently living in Grenoble (in the French Alps) and is keen on cycling and military history of the 20th century.
