Delphine Roma is Vice-President for Deep Tech Markets within the Innovation Division of Air Liquide.
An engineer by education, she joined Air Liquide in 2006 after starting her career in consulting. After more than a decade in marketing and growth projects, she leads the development and implementation of strategies in advanced technology fields covering Big Science, Quantum, Space & Defense in Europe and America.
Ms Roma has held global leadership positions in the Air Liquide Group for more than
18 years, including expatriation assignments. She has solid business and international experience, acquired through various operational and functional roles. She has shown a proven ability to work transversally with different ecosystem players and an ability to innovate, which both are essential in her current role.
She is a graduate from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris.
