Dov Ganor is the CEO and co-founder of Mobi. Dov is a technology and business expert in location-based services, data science and intelligent mobility. Dov was the CEO at G-Consulting (to Waze) and executive manager in ITIS and Trendit. Holds M.Sc. In Geo-Information Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

“Could the connected-vehicle ecosystem solve the problem of congestion in the future?”
Abstract
Managing future urban mobility is challenging the prevailing paradigm – changing the old transportation concepts to innovative mobility services. How will the future look like? What kind of services and tools will be consumed? What kind of analytics will be utilized when sensors are placed at every corner in the city, and in every vehicle?
We will dive into the future, where new opportunities will be opened for companies and consumers, when more urban and national authorities will adopt bankable and Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (SUMP). More importantly, we will portray how might this future become congestion-free in light of the emerging connected market, and the contribution of an innovative and collaborative ecosystem.
