Dr. Chularat Tanprasert is Executive Vice President for Science and Technology Infrastructure Services at the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) and currently serves as Director of Thailand Science Park. She oversees the strategic development and management of national science and technology infrastructure, shared R&D facilities, laboratories, and technology platforms to support research, innovation, and industrial competitiveness. Prior to her current role, she served as Executive Vice President for Corporate Strategy at NSTDA from 2016 to 2025. Dr. Tanprasert has extensive leadership experience at National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC/NSTDA), including directing research units in information, communication, computing, and knowledge technologies. Her work has contributed to national initiatives in agricultural technology, health information systems, digital archives, and science talent development. She holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Computer Science from University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a B.Sc. in Mathematics with First Class Honours from Chulalongkorn University.
