Gabriel Voisin-Fradin

Gabriel is in charge of designing, managing, and implementing international policies, programs and projects involving the various fields of action & departments of the metropole, or local stakeholders of the territory, to develop partnerships, cooperation projects, events, missions & delegations, etc.

In the field of European affairs, he has a more specific focus on economic development & innovation. In his former positions in Grenoble, Alsace, but also Latin America, and Zambia, he had to deal with economic development & innovation policies, programs and projects, European affairs and international cooperation, for local governments, NGOs and a French embassy.

Gabriel is graduated in 1996 with a degree in Political Science from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Grenoble, in 1999 with a Master in European & international economic law in Paris, and in 2010 with a Master in European policies for international cooperation in Barcelona. Gabriel learnt 6 foreign languages and still handles 4 of them.
