Harri Kulmala works as the CEO of DIMECC Ltd. since 2008. DIMECC is the innovation platform of Finnish technology industry companies and research institutes. It is the first high-volume PPP-model executor in the European R&I landscape. In 2017, Dr. Kulmala was invited to the Lamy Group of European Commission to maximise the impact of the EU’s next framework program, Horizon Europe 2021-2028.” Before he worked as a research professor at VTT and senior researcher at Tampere University of Technology, and he has published more than 100 publications on industrial economics, leadership and management.
