Isabelle SCHUSTER belongs to the European Affairs Office at CEA Tech, especially in charge of the European ecosystems for innovation, including the related Talent Management aspect. The CEA is the French RTO focused on the 3 transitions: Digital transition, Energy transition and Health of tomorrow. CEA Tech is its technological research branch. In this context, Isabelle has dedicated herself personally for 15 years to open-mindedness and the training of young researchers in innovation and entrepreneurship. She has created, participated to and advised a large number of programs with this perspective. At the EIT InnoEnergy Isabelle directed the doctoral program and the Education office in France for 5 years. She has a background in physics and engineering. She obtained her doctorate from the University of Grenoble Alpes, France, a long time ago..
