Micael has 29 years of experience of processing business and has covered a lot of different areas and perspectives – from production, engineering and sales to portfolio management and innovation and R&D. Another part that has been essential in his career is change and development, both from a portfolio and business point of view.
Micael is passionate about: passionate about innovations and new sources for food. He always looking for new technologies, business and innovation opportunities. He likes to find new solutions and utilize knowledge from different areas to new applications. In his role as Processing Development Director and Future Food he drives the innovation directions for Tetra Pak processing and builds an innovative environment with new ways of working in partnerships with disruptive solutions and technology leadership. He also building the new segment of New Food for Tetra Pak
Micael holds a Master of Science in BA combined with mechanical engineering from Lund University Sweden.
