After studying public affairs at Sciences Po Paris and Université Paris Dauphine and a first step of his career in communication and public relations, Sébastien Linden held various positions in strategy, development, management and international affairs at Sciences Po Paris, a world leading University in social sciences, from 2001 to 2015.
Head of the scientific and academic cooperation department at the French Embassy in Israel from 2015 to 2019, he helped develop research cooperation and innovation projects between France and Israel and strengthen relations between both ecosystems.
In 2019, he founded Linden & Swift, a consulting firm dedicated to internationalization of higher education, research and innovation. In the field of innovation, he mainly works on the strategies of higher education institutions, the ecosystems and the Israeli model of “Start-up Nation”.
He also shares his expertise through teaching, lectures and the organization of learning expeditions.
