Prof. Dr. Séverine LE LOARNE – LEMAIRE is a full professor at Grenoble Ecole de Management (France), founder and head of the FERE Research Chair “Female entrepreneurship for a renewed economy”. After a first life in business as a product manager in service companies, S. Le Loarne Lemaire obtained her doctorate on the theme of innovation strategies and began her academic career as an assistant professor in innovation, creating an international competition of innovation with business school students (12 partners, more than 300 projects in competition) and responsible for Executive programs in innovation. Her research currently focuses on 3 main areas: marital support for women entrepreneurs in disadvantaged economic areas, entrepreneurial practices of women in disadvantaged economic areas and women’s creativity in innovating for climate change. She has published articles in peer-reviewed academic journals, authored several teaching manuals (Pearson Education). His research has been rewarded on several occasions (among others: USASBE, EURAM, and, more recently, ICSB). She recently agreed to join the OECD’s global WEP research team.
