A joint appointee, Thandie is the Regional Innovation and Engagement Manager at the University of Oxford, and the Strategy Development Executive at OxLEP. She works on the innovation agenda across the two organisations, and on other key regional partners to develop the Oxfordshire innovation Ecosystem.
Prior to this, she spent some years working on European Regional Development projects in the UK, including setting up and developing knowledge Exchange strategy at the European Centre for Environment and Human Health, and on policy in Local Government.
Currently she is a Non-Executive Director, and the Chair of the People and Culture committee at NHS Devon, a member of the Devon integrated Care Partnership, a Non-Executive member of the NIHR SW Clinical Research network partnership, and she has previously served as a public Governor for Plymouth University Hospitals NHS Trust.
