Valeria Vinci is Head of Unit for “Digital Economy and New Enabling Technologies” at the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy. The Unit deals with national policy development and strategic initiatives aimed at fostering the development of digital economy and supporting the adoption of key enabling technologies by businesses. In these domains, the Unit also coordinates institutional engagement with national, European, and international stakeholders.
A graduate of the National School of Administration’s executive training and competitive selection program, prior to entering public service, Valeria Vinci pursued a legal career at leading international law firms, served as in‑house legal counsel, and worked at a global trade organization, where she ultimately coordinated projects in the field of digital economy. Since 2021, she has also co-directed the Executive Course in Tech Law at Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome, where she regularly teaches and lectures on EU law, technology law, and regulatory innovation.
