Ville Kairamo is experienced ecosystem development, innovation, and foresight expert. He is CEO of Demola Global, an international organisation building global co-creation teams to trace the drivers of change and to identify trends’ implications. Since 2011 we have worked with 5000+ international co-creation teams and utilised gained insights to facilitate over 2500+ SMEs, global enterprises, and public organisations to build future-proof strategies.
Previously he has managed national start-up programme with Finnish government to create 500+ startups and co-founded innovation centres in Europe. Ville’s work has been recognised with Baltic Sea Region Innovation award and Nokia Foundation award for achievements in facilitating international industry-academia cooperation.
